Severe body aches 27 weeks

Hello. I am 27 weeks pregnant, I have such bad body aches all over.. I cannot get out of bed. It feels like I'm coming down with the flu and also getting bad headaches. I checked my blood pressure and it seems ok.

Just wondering should I be worried or call the midwife? The only reason I ask on here first is because trying to get through to my midwife or doctor unfortunately takes a VERY long time.

Oh actually my blood pressure is very low

I would ring your maternity triage line for advice to see if they think you need to be checked over. What was your blood pressure and do you have a fever?

Blood pressure is now 113/61, it was much lower earlier but can't remember exact numbers. Temp is 37.7.
