Need help here. I have a typical 28-30day cycle. I had unprotected sex with my partner exactly 5 days before ovulation, 4 days after my last period ended. i took a plan B 4 days before ovulation.

exactly one week after i took the plan B i experienced bleeding for around 3-4days but i assumed this was a withdrawal bleed as my real period is 5 days and alot heavier and painful. I assumed that after the withdrawal bleed i would be ovulating or have already ovulated.

i am expecting my real period to be delayed by a week. HOWEVER on the day my real period is expected (before i took planB) ive been feeling cramps in my lower back similar to pre-menstrual cramps so i thought great my real period is going to begin soon and im not fertile right now. So i had unprotected sex again three times.. now im panicking because the pain has now changed to being on one side of my lower abdomen like ovulation pain which i get every month.

im not sure whether the plan B pushed back my ovulation 2 weeks after taking it or if im still experiencing pre menstrual bleeding but im scared that i i’ve just made myself pregnant.

can someone tell me if the plan B is supposed to delay ur ovulation by a few days or 2 weeks?

Yes- Google says up to 5 days delay.

Were the 3, additional sessions of unprotected sex at the same time/day as the original one, or days/weeks later? Sorry, its not clear.
-How long ago was the original, unprotected sex?
-I've only heard the term 'Plan B' used in America, so not sure if you are in the UK?
-If you are now getting 1 sided pelvic pain, having multiple episodes of unprotected sex, then I'd be getting this checked out ASAP.

Did they not explain to you when you bought it that it can mess up your cycle?

You shouldn't have proceeded under the expectation that you weren't able to get pregnant purely because of where you were in your cycle, when you knew you were experiencing an irregular cycle. You'll need to wait a while and take a pregnancy test.

If you're having regular unprotected sex then you really need to arrange some kind of contraception and not rely on it not being your fertile window. Especially as you obviously don't want to become pregnant.
