How many weeks am I? Early ovulation

My last period started 21st January, I had my lh peak on 29th and ovulated 30th. Positive test on 12th.

But how far along does that make me? Based on a normal 28 day cycle i would be 3.5 weeks but not sure if early ovulation/conception changes this?

I haven’t had a last period but I ovulated around the 4th Feb and tested positive 14th. Spoke to hospital today and they told me they would count me as exactly 4 weeks pregnant (as they count two weeks before ovulation too!) x
