How much aspirin?

Currently in the very early stages of pregnancy: had an early miscarriage in Jan 2022 and a successful pregnancy ending with a healthy baby in April 2023.

My BMI is slightly over 30 this time around and I'm now over 35. I was advised to take aspirin in my first pregnancy, so while we were TTC I started taking 75mg again.

Given my BMI, age, previous mc and previous recommendation, I will continue taking it until told not to any more by medical professionals. But is 75mg a sensible dose to stay on, or would 150mg be more sensible?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! The nhs guidlines say 150mg every evening
I'm currently 38 weeks and have been taking 150mg every day since I found out

Amazing, thank you! I'll up the dose and wait to see what the midwife says, though I won't be surprised if I'm told to stay on it x
