I hadn't heard of this theory so googled and it looks like complete bokum:

  • There's no scientific basis for the theory
  • It's not supported by substantial evidence
  • It was published in a media company, not a peer-reviewed journal
  • Medical researchers have debunked it

The results are 50/50 which are about as good as guessing. Give it a few more weeks and you may be able to do the nub theory at 12 week.
