Baby number 2 is due in 10 weeks. With baby number 1 (who will be just under 2 when baby number 2 arrives) when he woke for bottles during the night, my husband would’ve gone down to do the bottle whilst I changed his nappy and then I fed him in bed.

for baby number 2, we’re thinking of having a water filter, a kettle and a nuby rapid cool (NHS approved) in the bedroom so my husband can make the bottles in the room and not have to go downstairs and potentially waken baby number 1 on the way by. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar set up and have found that it works?

No advice on the bottles but it seems mad to me you both woke up during the night. Would definitely recommend this time one person stays asleep to make the next day easier!

Yes I agree. We slept in different rooms for a while whilst baby was waking up lots and took it in turns.
