Anyone know if the Taste the Difference Greek Yogurt from Sainbury’s is pasteurized?
“Sainsbury's Authentic Greek Yogurt, Taste the Difference 500g”

It doesn’t show online and just states milk.

Of course it will be pasteurised. It would need to say if it wasn't.

Assume anything from a supermarket or major chain restaurant etc in the UK is pasteurised unless it is clearly labelled otherwise

Sometimes the labelling is quite small on the back of cheese packets, and supermarkets sell quite a few unpasteurised cheeses (usually the 'posh' ones though - your bog standard cheddar is always pasteurised).

But yes, yoghurt is pretty much always pasteurised!

They may sell some unpasteurised cheeses but, by law, they have to label it as so.
If there is nothing on the label, it's safe to assume it's pasteurised.
