Hello!

I am 5 weeks and 2 days from my first date of last period. I tested this morning and a faint line appeared and in the attached picture the top test is 2 hrs later so you can see the line more strongly. I went out to get another early detection which came with the same test and a digital one however no line and said not pregnant on the digital. I had a wee sample from my 2nd wee of the day saved so it was still quite strong. Any ideas?

Can you help?

I don't think you're pregnant. You can't trust a line that's appeared after 2h, it's likely a false positive

Apologies I should of explained more, a faint line appeared straight away but I didn’t take a pic of it at first so when I did finally take a photo it was 2 hrs later

I'm afraid the top test looks invalid. The line is very very thin. The line usually would look a similar width to the control line. Unfortunately the bottom test I can't see anything. Clear blue are honestly awful for evap lines and confusing results. I'd give it another couple of days and if AF doesn't show, test with a pink dye test. Like first response etc. sending baby dust xxx

I agree the top test doesn’t look positive. The line looks too thin. Just wait 2 days then use a digital. If you’re pregnant and late on your period a digital will show up as well. But I honestly wouldn’t trust that top test as being positive.

I agree that the top one doesn’t look positive
