What did your 10/11 dpo tests look like?

Hi there 😊

I have been trying to conceive for the last 9 months after an early loss last May/June. I seem to have had a lot of indents during that time and also am paranoid about line progression after the loss last year. I got very faint lines yesterday on what I think was 9/10 dpo and these are todays tests for 10/11 dpo. Do these look standard for this timing?

I only found out 14 dpo, but here's my test to calm your nerves a bit :) mine was really faint, and took over a week just to get darker

Thank you @AHBM2020 :) that’s reassuring!

mine has got darker since Sunday now but stayed the same since yesterday. The cheap east at home ones are still very faint and not showing any progression. I’m really going to try stop testing for a few days and hope for the best. I should be 12/13 dpo now.

You defo seem pregnant to me! I was so doubtful too, but just breathe and believe the tests. I had about 15 sitting in front of me and I was still think, "well what if...." 😂

Those tests are positive, when I testing for my pregnancy with my son who is my first born all of my tests said no pregnant until I went to my Dr's who advised I take one more test and finally almost two months of wondering what was going on a clear blue said two to three weeks, so not everyone's hcg will show up quickly, but trust me those are positive. Im currently waiting to find out if I'm expecting again too. Its been 13 years though, so can i ask which tests you find are good for an early result if possible, I have no patience at the minute and I just feel rough. Thanks

Greensunflowers · 22/02/2025 11:08

@AHBM2020 I’m the same, I would be embarrassed to count how many tests I’ve done, and how much money I’ve spent on tests 😂 still continuing to do them (see yesterdays photo)

@Sarahbelle25 thanks for that, just shows everyone is so different. That’s so exciting for you, best of luck I hope you get your positive very soon 🤞 I find those frer ones (I get on Amazon as a lot of shops don’t seem to have them anymore) best, they definitely show earlier and the red dye is more trusty than the blue. The easy at home are a good cheap alternative if you will test a lot like me, although they are taking much longer to darken and I have had a few indents on them the last couple of months which got my hopes up, although with the amount I’ve done I think there was always a high chance of a few indents.

Is this too faint for 14dpo? AF due tomorrow

@Myra93 I don’t think so that’s similar to what @AHBM2020 test above looked like at 14dpo. I think it depends when implantation has happened and then everyone’s levels seem to progress differently, test again over the next couple of days to see how it progresses. Congratulations!

@Greensunflowers Thank you! But I don’t have high hopes. This was 13dpo and I’ve also stopped feeling any symptoms I had yesterday like cramping, sore boobs and fatigue :(

Honestly I'd get some strip tests and a cheap early detection one, not digital but the lines. Digitals need a lot of HCG to show positive, so the strips are more sensitive. Cheap is fine, the 99p ones work the same as the £10 ones! Homebargains do a week early detection test for £1, which showed for me

So the 14dpo ones got darker? Or have the lines gotten lighter. If they've gotten darker but symptoms are gone, don't worry about that. Symptoms will come and go through the whole pregnancy; some women don't get any at all. If they've gotten lighter, it is possible you may have had a very early miscarriage

Lulu89x · 23/02/2025 01:32

Mine at exactly 10 and 11DPO

They have got ever so slightly darker. This is today’s test AF due today and the cramps feel like AF

@Myra93 that definitely looks darker. Hoping it’s not AF for you 🤞 it’s so worrying

@Myra93 it took over a week for my lines to get darker. It was so slow, I was testing twice in the morning and evening just to see if there was any change. There wasn't any for a really long time, until I finally got a test with a darker line
