Concerned about progression?

Hi ladies.

I am 27 years old and on the 6th Feb, I found out I was pregnant with my first pregnancy after TTC. I was ovulation testing and ovulated on/around 27th Jan. I have 32 day cycles.

As of 14th Feb, my clearblue digitals are still showing 1-2 weeks and I’ve not built up the courage to do another since. Surely I should be at the 2-3 mark now?

I am using one step cheap strips and not seeing quick progression, but they are darkening slowly. My clearblues look ok but no dye stealers (second image most recent tests).

Has anyone else had 1-2 weeks on clearblue on 18dpo and gone on to have a successful pregnancy?

I’m going to try again tomorrow with FMU and hope it’s progressed.

TIA,

Stressed!!

Stop testing. You are pregnant. Contact your GP surgery for the booking in appointment, normally at 10 weeks.

If they are darkening that's good. I had a chemical/early miscarriage and my tests darkened over the first two days, stayed the same another couple of days, then got lighter until after about 10 days they were negative.

And I have to say I disagree with the first poster saying to stop testing. If I had done that I'd have spent weeks thinking I was pregnant when I wasn't and it would have been (even more) devastating when I found out I wasn't.

Fingers crossed for you.

@PoorLion I have self referred to the midwives but unlikely to hear anything until early March.

@Oldermum84 thank you for sharing your experience and I’m so sorry you had to go through that.

My concern is my hcg isn’t rising properly and this is why I keep testing. If I am going to lose this pregnancy, I’d much rather be prepared than it come out of the blue like you said.

My tests looked very similar and I’ve had HCG tests and an early scan (at 8 weeks) confirm a pregnancy.
I’m currently waiting my 12 week scan next week but didn’t want to read and run - I had similar worries and so far, I have not had cause to worry ❤️
