9w symptoms disappeared

I’m 9w3d - After a couple days of suddenly no symptoms, my RHR has dropped today to prepregnancy levels and I had a nightmare I miscarried. (Ive booked a scan tomorrow out of fear.)

You know when you have a gut instinct. Each one on their own I could excuse easily and I wouldn’t be worried but the 3 signs collectively are giving me a bad feeling.

What are your thoughts and experiences around 9w marks? Anyone else’s fitness watch giving them readings like before they were pregnant?

It's very normal to have a drop in symptoms around that stage so hopefully it's just that.

I stopped using my watch for any kind of tracking at the 5 week stage due to it dropping my temp and making me anxious, alongside cramps it just wasn’t helping me to be positive.

For this current pregnancy my sickness and nausea and other minor symptoms suddenly stopped at 9+0. I still had the general tiredness in the evening but otherwise nothing. I went from being sick multiple times in the day at 8+6 to zero the next day at 9+0. I’m now 30 weeks so it didn’t mean anything in my case.

I have had a mmc before and my body still had symptoms during that. I also then had my son and for that pregnancy my symptoms came and went until 14 weeks. It’s odd how much each pregnancy can vary.
