Cold chicken breast from the shops

Hello,
is it safe to eat cold chicken breast from the shops? I keep reading different things

I'm assuming it's cooked and not raw, so....yes 😉

Yes it's fine. Stick to the NHS site for advice about what to avoid eating. American sites all say not to eat cold meat, but their food standards are different and obviously healthcare isn't as accessible so pregnant women need to be much more cautious. I've eaten cold meats all the way through pregnancy (23+4 currently) and had zero issues with digestion or sickness so far.
