Possible molar pregnancy

Hey, I know I need to see a doctor but I wanted advice or similar experiences.
I found out I’m pregnant and my hcg is 12,000 and I’m currently 6 weeks, 0 days. The doctor was able to see a gestational sac with a fetal pole yesterday But I don’t feel right, something was off on the ultrasound. I saw a bunch of other cysts and on the right is the gestational sac. My doctor said it could be Adenomyosis but I haven’t ever noticed having that. I feel like it might be a molar pregnancy instead because I have high levels. I asked to speak to the doctor because I still have concerns but they haven’t called me back. I’m very worried and scared 💔 especially since I have already had 3 other miscarriages..

I can’t comment on the scan OP but my hcg was 24000 at 6 weeks, there’s such a broad range so I don’t think yours sounds too high.

That's not unusually high, for molar or partial molar it would be the faster doubling time that might be the issue this early on. Try to remember that molar pregnancy is rare in comparison to m/c so the chances of it happening to you are very slim. I had a partial molar pregnancy and there weren't really any signs at all.
