39w bumped into a door, negative blood group

Do I need to go get a anti D injection you think? It's only a wee bump into a door handle but it left a red mark and is a little tender. Not sure how hard a bump need to be for it to be a problem with blood mixing.

No idea OP, but I'd phone triage and ask. Better to be safe than sorry. You won't regret it- either they can reassure you, or they can treat you- win win!

Ring triage to be certain. But where did you hit? Is it on your stomach? If it's stomach and left a mark I would guess it's enough for anti d

Oh yeah I didn't think about how that's not clear on the pic haha. It's like the middle of my baby bump

Update: called today and had to go get an anti d injection, apparently the threshold is pretty low for needing it so if anyone else isn't sure if you need it or not - you probably do.
