One Positive and One Negative Digital Test

Hello,

Just wondering, has anyone on here had this happen?

I used my first morning urine in a cup and used the Clearblue Early Detection Digital test and got a "Pregnant" I immediately used a second Digital test, in the same sample and it said "Not Pregnant".

More info: my period is due in around 3 days and the tests say they can detect up to 6 days early.

It's left me very confused and now I am at work confused for the day.

Hey, firstly I’m hoping for a positive outcome for you 💕 I would say scrap the digital tests. Personally, I don’t feel they’re as sensitive as they say they are. I’d get yourself some red dye tests for now (boots/easy@home/first response… any really that say they can be used before missed period) and then if you want to, move onto the digital or weeks indicators after your missed period. I don’t think I did my first weeks indicator until 2 days after missed period

@Mummabutterfly thank you for the advice. Just so unusual for the same sample to give different results. I might be right on the board line for their sensitivity. The only line tests I had at home were recommended for after missed period. One did look like it had a very faint line but at that stage I wasn't sure if I was just seeing what I wanted to.

I will try a line early detection test as soon as I get home. I do seem to notice more false results with the digital. 🙂
