Blood thinners and the bruising

I was wondering if anyone else has had bruising with blood thinners? It's definitely worse than when I've had them before and hurts a lot more. I'm rotating injection sites and never inject same place more than once but I'm also getting hard lumps. It's quite sore to the touch.

Yup. I could never find any rhyme or reason either as to why I'd bruise so badly with one injection, but have very little with another. Sorry I can't be of much help.

This is my issue , I can do weeks and think omg I'm really not bruising anymore than one day il bruise so badly my skin will be midnight purple and il be like huh and it's huge and sore
