Feel sick after eating

I'm 13weeks1day and, although the nausea is better than it was a few weeks ago, it's still quite bad sometimes. Mostly, I'll feel sick right after eating. When I'm eating, or just before I eat, I'm fine. About 5-10 minutes after eating I feel sick, like loads of salvia is in my mouth and I wanna be sick but nothing comes up. I don't really have much of an appetite anymore and I'm not interested in proper meals, I'm mostly just snacking now. If we go out to eat I can mostly just handle half of the food whereas before I was pregnant I could demolish the whole lot plus a pudding. I thought it would be better by now, everyone said by 12 weeks you should be fine. Maybe it might take a bit longer, but I've been ill from about 6 weeks and it's been hard to handle. I want to do best by the baby, and I want to eat healthy and good nutritious food, but I'm not interested in food now and if I do suddenly have a craving, almost as soon after I've finished it I feel sick and nauseous. Did anyone else have it like this? I'm really just forcing myself to eat now out of necessity, stopping myself if I feel too bad, but worried I'm not getting the nutrients I need or getting enough food in a day. I've only physically been sick twice this whole pregnancy, it's mostly just the feeling of wanting to be sick that I get.

It was around 16 weeks that I got my appetite back and could eat more normal nutritious foods. Be kind to yourself and just keep eating the small things you fancy. Baby will take everything they need from you. First 16 weeks of my pregnancy all I ate was strawberry haribo and pepperoni pizza.

Second trimester is definitely easier, and then when the third trimester comes along baby is taking up so much room you are ravenous but can't fit much food in!

I’m feeling similarly - I’m about 13 weeks and have less nausea than previously, but it’s still constant there and food is very hit or miss as to whether it’ll make me feel better or worse. With my first pregnancy when I got to 12 weeks I honestly felt so good. So I was expecting the same this time. I feel like the random waves of nausea I get are stronger than they used to be. If anything I actually think I feel worse than I did a few weeks ago! It’s very frustrating.
I don’t really have any advice, just know that you’re not alone!

In my first pregnancy, it lasted till around 16 weeks, this time round I've had the sickness and nausea the whole time!
it's not all day every day now (I'm 34 weeks) but it's still a couple of times a week.
