9DPO - pms or early pregnancy

Hello,
I suffered a second trimester MMC early Jan and have since ovulated and expecting my period in 6/7 days. I definitely ovulated and since 6dpo have been having a dull ache in left ovary, alongside sore / erect nipples and bloody nose - none if which are what i get with PMS normally. I tested today (iknow its early but it came out negative for pregnancy) - has anyone had similar symptoms with either pms or pregnancy?

Currently in the same position. Period due on the weekend and I’ve sat here with what feels like an expanding stomach and an ache under my csection scar.
what was your outcome OP?

I got my period shortly after. I had a chemical in April, but now 8 weeks pregnant after conceiving in July :)
