Congratulations!!
The first few weeks feel like months. I think it's due to anxiety and apprehension.. you just want to progress and are almost wishing the time away. For me, keeping busy was the only thing that helped. Being bored made it drag but getting stuck into work and getting out of the house was the only thing that helped. Occupy your mind with whatever you enjoy doing.
If you feel very ill and it is difficult to manage then visit your GP for some meds.
To answer when you'll start to show - it's impossible to say as everyone is different. For me it wasn't until about 24 weeks, although I could see it myself maybe 18 weeks, but for other people to notice I think 24.

Congrats!! It's really the worst wait to the 12 week scan, I felt like it dragged loads and then suddenly I hit 12 weeks and suddenly I'm 34 weeks now! It does speed up once you know you've hit that "safe zone" of 12 weeks when a lot of people then tell family and friends! I found keeping it a secret really hard ha!
