I've had a really bad cold last week and my nose gets fully blocked I can't breathe I've tried steam bowl showers all the natural ways saline spray viks you name it I've done it! I ended up using it desperate but been using it a week mainly at night but only ever the 3 times a day it says I did feel baby move early I'm nearly 14 weeks and now I'm worried as reduced movement which I know can happen being so early just find it strange it's happened now I've been using that and had a cold baby stopped moving for 3 days now worrying me...anyone else used the spray regular and no issues???

Hi, ive had two kids. And with my second, I felt tiny twinges from about 16 weeks. By 18 weeks it stopped and I was in such a worry. I called midwife and was basically told there was nothing they could do as I was so early.

Next appointment baby was fine and started feeling stronger regular movements by 22ish weeks. 14 weeks is really early to feel regular movement.

In terms of the Sudafed, can you speak to a pharmacist maybe ? Or your midwife. They might be able to give you more advice. Chances are, baby will be fine.

Thinking back I think I used a decongestant when I was pregnant with my 1st. Didn’t realise I wasn’t supposed too. All was fine. Try not to worry.
