The ones I used did! Can’t imagine how you would use them without. I’m really not a fan of pads at all but obviously had no choice postpartum.

After both of my children I used Superdrug own brand maternity pads for about 5-7 days (they are really soft and quiet cushioned) and then I used bodyform night/heavy flow for the next 2-3weeks rather than maternity pads as they were much more comfortable.

Strange, what brand are they? I liked the boots own brand ones and also lilets.

I've bought some maternity pads which are lil let ones. Haven't used them yet.

Lilets have sticky pads AND wings.

You wear them with the mesh disposable undies. If I were you I’d buy some disposable incontinence pants 2 sizes too big instead of maternity pads. They will see you through until a regular pad is enough. They were a lifesaver after my two c sections!

I'd probably return them and get some with sticky strips instead.

As a midwife we recommend no sticky bits because anything like that is a breeding ground for infection, as well as anything scented. The ones you've shown the picture above are what's recommended. You just place them in your undies, usually 2 straight after birth when bleeding is heaviest. They're thick and bulky and usually just stay in place. Didn't have any issues when I used them myself.

Use them with Frida maternity disposable briefs, mine were grey and looked like little boxer shorts- so so comfy and the pad will stay in place no problem.
