10 weeks pregnant and discharge has dried gone

Hi, I’m 10 weeks and 3 days pregnant and for the past week Ive had pretty much no vaginal discharge. I feel really dry down there. I’m not itchy or anything. It’s just feels irritated because it’s so dry. I’m so worried something is wrong. I went to the GP this morning and they swabbed me for BV and Thrush.
when I googled I read that it can mean that oestrogen is low.
Has this happened to anyone else? So worried.

After I ovulated, I had virtually no cervical mucus. Dry as anything until I got BV at around 5 weeks. After antibiotics, it’s gone back to being dry again.

My baby is measuring fine and I’m almost 16 weeks.

Everybody is different so don’t stress too much x
