Tell me I'm crazy

I'm 11+3 today and seeing the midwife for the first time next week when I'll be 12+1. I'm anxious as it's my first pregnancy, I've had no morning sickness (I have had insatiable hunger and complete exhaustion, but no real nausea and no vomiting at all) but a private scan at 7 weeks showed a strong heart beat and I've had no bleeding since. I can feel something bigger and harder inside me like the baby is growing, I've got the tiniest bump coming and that side of my abdomen is HOT but I can't shake the anxiety and I've not been invited to my 12 week scan yet. I guess what I'm asking, is would I know if something was wrong?

Hello @AuroraBorealis1, you’re definitely not crazy. It’s perfectly normal to not have any nausea (sadly, this was definitely NOT the case for me 😅). I have some days now where I feel somewhat normal and it’s worrying. It sounds like everything is looking good for you and baby. Try to enjoy it.
