TMI pic in comments. Am I just being hyper anxious?

Hi all, I'm so sorry to post this, but I wasn't sure who else to ask!
I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant, this is my second pregnancy. The first ended in miscarriage and I think that has made me extremely anxious.
I've been having A LOT of cm, honestly something it feels like I've wet myself, which is gross I know.
I've just been to the loo and this is on my underwear (pic in comments). I'm just worried about the colour of it, looks very much like pale yellow/off white. In my head I'm thinking it's a precursor for bleeding and that's why it's not white or milky in colour! I have no itching, burning, pain etc, nothing to suggest an infection.
I've been having cramps on and off, but I've had this since I found out I was pregnant. In all honesty I have no other alarming symptoms.
I'm sure I'm just being really anxious, but I wondered if anyone could tell me if they had cm like this at 5 weeks pregnant? Was it anything to worry about? Or do I just need to chill tf out 😂

Hello! I am not an expert but I don’t think this is anything to worry about. Discharge is pretty normal during pregnancy and I wouldn’t think it would be a precursor to bleeding.

I would wear a pad and just mention this to your midwife or GP.

I am so sorry you have suffered a miscarriage before and I understand this would cause extra anxiety. Wishing you all the best and hopefully some reassurance.

This is my second pregnancy and can confirm I've had discharge like this (and much more) over both pregnancies. It definitely isn't a precursor to bleeding. Ive had to wear liners and pads throughout both.

I feel so silly, I suppose it's just the colour that made me panic a little!
I've got an appointment with a midwife on Friday so I'll definitely mention it to her then.

It's reassuring to know people have had the same in pregnancy! I feel so silly being anxious about it, but for some reason in my head the pale yellow colour could be the start of blood 😅 it's crazy what your body does to you in pregnancy!
