Hi I need help determine my conception date
due date by 12 weeks ultrasound is 26th may

i slept with person a once on the 12th of august
then
person B from the 19 of august onwards
This is stupidly 2 diffrent partners please help as this is stressing me out

Unfortunately you will only be able to tell with a paternity test. Specially as the dates are too close to each other. Also the dating scan is far from accurate - mine was 8 days off (docs told me conception was on a specific date and that couldn’t have been right as husband wasn’t around then!)

I’m reading that you count back 38 weeks from your due date which gives me the 2nd of September as a conception date so confusing

Agree, you do need a paternity test. Unless you were tracking ovulation etc. but even then those dates are just too close for even that to necessarily give you peace of mind.
I hope you get the outcome you are hoping for anyway.

It really is impossible to know without you knowing when you ovulated.

when did you test positive? That may give some indication?

They are too close together to know for sure and the scan isn't always 100% on the dates.

Unless you know when you ovulated or possibly how long your cycles are I'm not sure you can tell without a DNA test. My cycles are 23 days long so I ovulate earlier than expected. It's very personal to your own cycle.

hmm that’s quite a long time to test positive after the 12th guy … did you miss your period or are they irregular and you tested for another reason?

Irregular I’m pretty sure I got a negative on the 6th of September, on the 18th my breast felt tender under shower so took a test got a clear positive test that day

If you got a negative on the 6th it’s unlikely to be the 12th guy. Not impossible but unlikely.

I would say ~4th Sept is when you ovulated. Obviously only an estimate.

I ovulated on 31st July, I’m due 21st April. They did put me ahead by two days at the scan hence the slight difference with mine.

If your dates above are correct then it’s the second persons. I wouldn’t even say it’s close.

Almost certainly second person's. You ovulated around 1st-3rd September, so the conception sex happened between 27th August and 4th September.

If it was first person's, the dating scan is WAY out.
