Hi, I am used to keeping up with my self care morning and night, however since finding out I am pregnant I am weary of absolutely everything I use.

I now find my face is extremely dry also.

Could anyone recommend the safest skin care brand during pregnancy that they know of or has been their God send? For face and body.

Thank you

I got caudalie skincare and I checked that it's safe to use in pregnancy.

Also bought Palmers cocoa butter lotion to use during pregnancy.

Check out the skin rocks website/app but I believe most skincare is safe to use during pregnancy.

Your skin might just be more reactive to certain things because of your hormones

I used water and a flannel (sometimes also used Little Soap Company's oatmeal soap bar), then moisturised with plain jojoba oil. I know lots of skincare is supposedly pregnancy-safe but I really wanted to know what was in the products I was using.

I have actually stuck with this a lot of the time as it was just as effective and much cheaper than my previous skincare regime, though I have reintegrated a moisturiser with SPF if I am spending more than minimal time outside.
