Classed as high risk because of my weight. What should I expect?

Classed as high risk because of my weight. What should I expect?
That says it all really, had my booking in appointment yesterday, filled in all the forms and answered all the questions. Midwife told me I would have no problems, third baby and would be classed as low risk, as she was getting ready to leave she asked me my height and weight, and then informed me that I would be high risk. But didnt tell me anything about what that might involve.

Had an appointment with a consultant and did the Glucose Tolerance Test for gestational diabetes. That seems to be the only difference in my ante-natal treatment to if I wasn't weighty, though it's my first baby so have nothing personal to compare with.
