Spotting at 4+5 weeks

I had some spotting yesterday morning, then had spotting this morning and also after a cervical exam at the epu. No cramping and I have had my bloods done have to go back on Saturday. Still getting positive pregnancy tests. Could this be implantation? Or am I miscarrying ? Haven’t got a early scan until the 15th 😪

Do contact your midwife. S/he should book you in for some early scans.

I had some early spotting with DD1 but it was related to a cyst which was actually a non-issue.
