i Am 6 days post 5 day fresh embryo transfer and I’ve had some cramping but this morning and this evening I had a sharp stabbing like pain in my lower left abdomen. Is this a good sign or should I be worried? This morning it lasted around 5 mins or so and tonight it was a strong 30 seconds. Anyone had this before? X
