12 weeks but Measuring 1 week behind

Hi, just looking to see if anyone has ever been in a similar position, I’m 12 weeks and 1 day pregnant and I booked an early reassurance scan due to constant bleeding. I had previously had 2 scans where baby was measuring exactly as should be. When I had this newest scan the ultrasound technician said the baby was measuring a week less than it should be and the gestational sac was measuring 2 weeks smaller than it should be. Just wondering has anyone had a similar experience, and what the outcome was?

My baby was measuring small at 12 week scan. Same again at 20 weeks. Whenever I was measured from the outside I was measuring 3/4 weeks smaller. He was born at 41 weeks naturally. 7 pounds exactly. This was my second baby, please don't worry.
