How many days after missed period did you get a positive?

My Flo app says my period should start today but says time to test isn’t for another 10 days?!

Had tender boobs, sore nipples, bloating, gas, backache, frequent toilet trips, metallic taste and on and off headache for about 5 days now and no period as yet. Waaay more symptoms than I had with my son first time round.

wondering how long you waited to test? Or if you got a bfn and then bfp later? Thanks ☺️

I’ve been pregnant 3 times and all 3 times tested positive before my period was due. DPO 10/11 each time.

Hi OP. I've had one miscarriage and one (so far, I'm 33 weeks) successful pregnancy and both times got my BFP very early at around 8-9dpo. That is early though and not always typical!

Got my bfp literally the day after I missed my period, I have a 28 day cycle that's like clockwork.. Also just "knew" that I was pregnant 😂

My cycle is ridiculously regular. Every 28 days, by mid morning

I knew by lunch time I was late. Bought a test and got a strong positive!

I tested negative for about 2 days after my period, was so confused as I never miss a period or am late! After about 2 days, it finally showed a faint positive

Thanks for the replies! Started spotting a little today, this morning very very pale pink and a small amount and then last time I wiped it was a rust colour. No flow yet and only when I wipe but have put on a pad to monitor. Suppose only time will tell if it turns in to a period!

I had no bleeding or spotting in my last pregnancy, I’m thinking probably period incoming but can’t believe how many pregnancy symptoms I’ve been having! And still only twinges and pulling feelings not pains!

Also for reference I’m 5.5 hours ahead for me as I live in India at the moment.

If you are pregnant a test would be positive by now, unless you ovulated late.

A lot of people will get a positive a day of a missed period, sometimes it's better to wait in case you have a chemical, if you don't take a test most people just mistake it for a late period and that's probably easier to deal with than having a positive followed by a period. Personally i don't have the self restraint to wait though
