I really really am not one normally to fuss too much about what I eat when pregnant, especially as this is my third pg.
However...am having v strong cravings for smoked trout (!) and am getting through a packet every couple of days (only because I'm restraining myself for eating more). Is it an oily/toxic/polluted fish that I should avoid in large quantities?
Strangely enough, i went right off fish in my earlier pgs (both girls). Maybe a boy this time ?
