Just wondering if anyone has had a wrong sneakpeak clinical boy result? If they have had previous boys and male DNA still in their blood?

I think false boy results come from male DNA in the house contaminating the sample

Asking for a friend she heard a story that a women got a wrong male result from a clinical vein draw and she had previous boys. Just wondering how rare this is?

That’s just not possible. Could be male DNA in the house from male relatives. In a clinical setting the most obvious explanation is that the test itself just isn’t very good and sneak peak doesn’t exactly have the best rep so that’s probably it. Personally I’d spring for the NIPT or wait for a scan.
