Just wondered if anyone had any good exercise videos they could recommend for keeping active at home? I'm nearly 20 weeks and starting to feel a bit worried about how unfit I'll be during labour, so would like to do something about it if I can.
Before I fell pregnant I was running 5k 3 times a week, but cramps and nausea meant that I've been out of action since October and I feel like my fitness has totally evaporated since. Stairs, hills...I'm like an old woman. 😬 I try to get out for a walk when I can but would like a backup that I can do in my sitting room so I can't use the weather as an excuse!
(Swimming and pregnancy fitness classes aren't my thing.)
