Had a cold for two weeks now. It is now better than it was but not gone. In have a raging sore throat, very thirsty and very dry, sore nasal passages/sinuses. 21+1 pg.
I missed my Aquafit class last week because I was away. I'm sure I remember my mum telling me (years ago) not to go swimming with a cold.
I really like the class, but am just beginning to get my strength back after 6 weeks on-off in hopsital with hyperemisis and don't want to threaten my cold recovery with too much exercise again too soon (which seems to be taking long enough as it is).
