I'm still having disrupted sleep around 10 weeks because my temperature I soaring and I can't stop needing a wee! What helps me is making sure I empty my bladder before bed, like right before you turn the lights out to go to sleep, not just before winding down. I still get up in the night but definitely less often. I also sleep with a fan on sleep mode as not only does this keep me cooler but the white noise helps. Lavender pillow spray is a GODSEND, and lavender candles in my bedroom (you don't even need to light these, just the smell is good enough to make you dopey I find). And M&S cooling bedding - makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE and much more pleasant an experience than ordinary bedding!!

All I can say is it doesn't really get any easier lol! I'm 33 weeks and constantly tossing and turning, waking up to pee. All I can advise that works for me is pillows to support my body. Everyone is different but I'm just having to push through and sleep when I can!

Also this! You're growing a human so don't feel guilty for napping. I had six yesterday when I was feeling really rough and felt so much better for it
