Bleeding at 5 weeks pregnant

I tested positive a week ago and I am 5 weeks pregnant but today I got bleeding and when I tried to test again it's shows negative what should I do now..do I need to go to the gp or wait untill the bleeding is over

So sorry, OP. It sounds like a chemical pregnancy (a very early loss) if you’re already testing negative. There’s likely no need for a visit to the GP at this stage
