Hi!

I’m 18 weeks pregnant and find (normally) in the evenings if I’ve eaten dinner and I’m either curled up, hot or are lying down. I feel as really short of breath and almost feels like I’m having a panic attack. I often have to try and cool myself down and remove layers of clothes. I’ve got bought maternity clothes so some of my trousers can feel a bit tighter on my stomach… not sure if it’s this…

is this normal?

it’s becoming more regular

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

If you are short of breath and have palpitations it can be a sign of anaemia. Do you know what your iron levels are like?

The last time bloods I had (a couple of weeks ago) my iron levels were fine no concerns
I keep googling it but I don’t seem to find anybody talking about anything similar
