Try the sea sickness bands from superdrug, they are helping my friend at the moment.

I went to our local healthfood and 'alternative'(!) shop where there is a resident homeopath and she made up a remedy for me which worked really well. Unfortunately I have no idea what was in it. Not a lot of use to you then!
Maybe you could book in to see a homeopath near you?
Incidentally I have just read an excellent book called 'water and salt - your healers from within' by Dr Batmanghelidj and it says drinking more water helps morning sickness. I read this too late to experiment but its worth a try and water is free of course! Hope you feel better soon x

I tried pretty much everything for orning sickness. I am loath to recommend a particular remedy though because there are so many different ones, and it really depends on how your morning sickness manifests itself and what other symptoms you have - some homeopathic remedies can make you worse. I really would recommend a consultation with a homeopath before you take anything

Ginger is supposed to be good; either as a tea or a biscuit nibbled b4 you get out of bed in the morning. Although tbh I was soooo sick with both my pregnancies that only being hooked up to a drip in hospital really helped!

Ipecac is the homeopathic treatment that I was given for sickness which helped. Hope you feel better soon.
