Is my hcg too high?

Hi, I’ve had a hcg blood test at 15dp5dt and it’s come back 4706, is this a good sign? Could it be twins? Looking for anyone else that has had similar results at this stage and the outcome of this, thank you😊

@Wadey98 how did you get on? I'm worried because my hcg came back at 7640 14dp5dt!
