I’m 11 weeks pregnant. I have zero symptoms. At an early scan I measured 7 weeks, when by my dates which I am 99% certain are correct I should have been 10 weeks at least. With my first I had every symptoms under the sun, HG, extreme fatigue, cramps, migraines etc. I have had quite a lot of spotting over the last 2 months. Most recently last night, it’s as if I’m getting constant brown discharge sometimes quite red or black ish in colour, which I know can be old blood. I’m just concerned, I have no bloating, no sickness, no tiredness. And they said at my last scan that either my dates are wrong, which I’m so sure they are not, or the baby is not developing as they should be. I have another whole week to wait before my scan, I just don’t know what to expect. Has anyone been through anything similar or have any advice:( this photo is the only one I have taken, but it’s often a lot darker and a lot more.

Can you contact your local early pregnancy unit and/or midwife, especially due to the bleeding? I'm also 11 weeks pregnant and barely have any symptoms really (milder than when I was 7/8 weeks) but my 10 week private scan showed all was okay, so I don't think strength of symptoms tells us much. Fingers crossed everything is okay 🤞

Hey! I know it can be worrying but it’s really normal for symptoms to change throughout pregnancy, and loads of people go throughout without any symptoms at all.

I had similar bleeding around 10 weeks and my GP referred me to our local EPU for a scan - they found I had a haematoma and that where the blood was coming from and it stopped after a week or so.

id recommend getting in touch with your GP or midwife to see if they can get you a referral or book yourself in for a private scan if you can - fingers crossed for you x

Can you contact your EPU? Usually when someone measures. Rhine, I thought they would rescan in two weeks? Bleeding can be very normal but measuring behind by 3 weeks would be the concern for me.

I don’t want to scare you and I would like to be hopeful for you. If it was just bleeding then I would say try not to worry.

Get in touch with the EPU as soon as you can just to get some answers.

wishing you the best of luck x
