Morning Sickness - Acupuncture

So I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant with my second and I have awful nausea. I can't even call it morning sickness and it's from about midday until I go to bed.

I've just bought some acupuncture wristbands and had them on for a bit this evening and they seem to be working. I can't find anything online about max wearage or any guidance. Anybody used them before?

Also I realised I didn't mean acupuncture but acupressure

Yep I used them and they helped me. I wore them 247 until I got to the point where they hurt then had to give myself a bit of a break. Then straight back on. I don’t think there’s a max.

Acupunture also really helps the sickness. But really the only thing that really helped was medication. Good luck!
