I’ve started to bleed. Think I’m losing the pregnancy 😔

Hi

I found out last Friday that I’m pregnant. I’ve posted about this in another thread as I was getting really fluctuating test results but today did a clear blue and got a faint positive. Other early response tests have been positive.

About an hour ago after getting home from shopping I started to bleed. I have no pain. It’s moderate bleeding but not heavy. It’s enough to need a pad though. My heart is breaking

is there any hope at all? Is there any chance I am not losing the baby? I don’t want to give myself false hope because I’d rather just know what’s going on but naturally I’m hoping for some sort of miracle. I asked my GP for a referral to EPU. Just waiting to hear back.

thank you xx

I’m so sorry❤️It’s difficult to know at this early point in a pregnancy. Some women bleed and go on to have successful pregnancies, others experience a loss. I hope the EPU are able to give you some help. How far along are you?

Thank you 😔♥️ I’m not far along at all. I only found out Friday last week so I think probably 4ish weeks. I always get + tests early when pregnant and such strong symptoms. Can’t get through to the EPU , I’ve asked GP for a referral but haven’t heard back. We’ve moved to a different part of London and apparently here you can’t just walk in to EPU. My other option is to sit in A&E for hours to then be sent to EPU which I’m just not in the right mindset to do xx

I'm so sorry OP.
It sounds like a chemical pregnancy.

i know 😔 I’ve had a bad, or more like a weird feeling about this pregnancy since the very beginning. I can’t work out why. I’m very in tune with everything, sometimes so much so that it overwhelms me. I’m extremely reluctant to continue trying. I’m not sure how to navigate that feeling xx
