Has anyone else ever had fluctuating HPTs in early pregnancy

Hi all. Husband and I TTC 2nd baby.

I’m about 4 weeks pregnant. I get symptoms and test positive early; I felt very pregnant this cycle so have been taking tests since last Friday. In the picture, the top test was yesterday morning. The bottom one is this morning. Both lines are pink. The lines however appeared after about 30 min. They were faint lines but there, and now darker. These are the UK brand Clear & Simple. Had no bleeding at all, period was due Monday just gone.

The exact same thing happened with my son (now 7mnths old) but with him the lines got darker progressively.

I did a cheap supermarket own brand last Friday which did the same. I've done the same brand again on Sunday and it was a very faint + but lighter than the others. The ones I did on Friday were in the afternoon, not FMU, which was the strange thing. I have a blood test to check BETA HCG levels tomorrow PM.

I'm so confused. Has this happened to anyone else before? My symptoms are so strong.

thank you xx

I would just recommend getting a clear blue digi to confirm and maybe do another in a week or two so you can see if the weeks have progressed. Congratulations xx

Just wanted to update this in case others come across it in the future looking for answers; this pregnancy sadly ended in miscarriage :(
