best place to treat talipes/clubfoot?

hiya

i have been offered to get my unborn babies talipes treated at royal othropedic hospitcal or having it doen at chelsea hospital. i am not sure which oen to go for.

the consultant miss tennant seemed nice, but spoke to me as if i was stupid, when infact i knew everythign she had already mentioned through my own research.

can anyone help?

did you ask her if she uses the Ponseti method?

If she does, then she's probably fine.

It can be difficult when dealing with parents to know how much the parent knows, and it is far safer to assume they know nothing, than to assume they know everything. Unless you are a paediatric orthopaedic surgeon yourself, then it is unlikely that you know everything about the condition, even if you have researched it. The internet is unregulated, and there is a lot of unreliable information out there
