What is this??? Help

Sorry trigger warning about photo.
I had my period last week. My second since having a misscarriage and hemorrhage. I also had emergency D and C two months ago. I had sex for first time this week. I had some brown discharge the last two days. TMI but I put my finger in my vagina, up as far as I could and this came out. I'm absolutely freaking out. What is it?

Could be a decidual cast? Doesn't look like part of a pregnancy to me.
