Bit of history- whilst ttc my daughter an endometrioma discovered on my right over which was successfully removed in early 2020. I am currently pregnant with my son and the endometrioma was discovered to be back at my dating scan. Had my anatomy scan this week which shows it's still there albeit a tiny bit smaller. The only concern is its proximity to my cervix. Has anyone ever experience this and what impact did it have on your labour and delivery? I have a call with my consultant this week so will ask her about it too. Tried researching but there seems to be very little around about it.
