Friend hoping to have it for the starter at her wedding in a few weeks, so said I'd check if those of us who are pregnant can have it.
I seem to think that as long as the cheese is cooked it is ok, but obv it won't be 'piping hot' or it would be a messy blob on the plate! Is this type of cooking sufficient to kill off the small risk of listeria?
