You can’t have actual periods while pregnant no. A period is the womb lining shedding. If that happened the baby would go with it. Some women do get bleeding during pregnancy. It can be heavy sometimes. Implantation bleeding can sometimes be heavy. A subchorionic haematoma can cause heavy bleeding. Some women never find out what caused heavy bleeding. But no you cannot have actual periods.

You can't have a period whilst you are pregnant.

Do you mean bleeding?
