The doctor said I am 4 weeks due to my last period starting 24th December I should have be my period around now but my symptoms are very full on is this possible to find o it you are 3 weeks pregnant ? She said if the bleeding was heavy would defiantly have been a period but I am unsure if you can have symptoms from week 1 and find out before missed period anyone ?

This is based on a normal cycle. The first two weeks after a period you are not pregnant. You ovulate around 2 weeks after your period. It then takes 5-14 days for a fertilised embryo to implant. So symptoms COULD start week before missed period, but no sooner.
You could be having symptoms from 3 weeks pregnant. But not 1 week. Because you are not actually pregnant at 1 week pregnant.
